Oh, and our loan was APPROVED!!!! We are super excited. I've heard a lot of things about NVR...not
all good. My experience has been great
so far. Everyone has been very pleasant
and nice to work with. No complaints from
me! Now lets hope this continues throughout this entire process.
Hopefully we will break ground in December, which is what we
were told when we signed the contract.

Thank you for the picture with the new layout!!! Our cabinets are white so this really helps. I'm a visual person and it's nice to finally see it.
ReplyDeleteThis will feel like the longest time until they break ground. For us it totally was. It was 60 days exactly from when we signed the contract. But don't worry, once they start it goes so fast.
Also, our NVR loan person is the BOMB. They are super responsive and very helpful. They have been the shining stars of this experience for sure!!
I'm very excited about the new layout and the extra counter space and cabinets! It looks really nice.

DeleteWe are looking to break ground in December as well! Although we signed our contract back in April, so yes, it is awhile of a wait, but it will FLY by for you and soon enough you will see the progress you have been waiting for (at l. Here's to hoping we're on the same schedule! :)
ReplyDeleteWow! You have some serious patience!!!!! They have moved us up to start in November, which is fine with me! I'm so excited and nervous at the same time! We will definitely be going through this together.
